A great chance for our members to train for any forthcoming competitions with Emma Slater.

Venue: Pengethley Arena, HR9 6LL

Groups size: 3 for 1 hour

Cost per member: £19 each (including training subsidy)

We will do our best to accommodate all height requests but we may have to merge groups depending on bookings.

We reserve the right to adjust group sizing and times accordingly, ie 2 in a group – 40 Minutes

All communication must be though HDRC and not Emma
