*Members Only* Side Saddle Clinic with Rachael Forkings

Ever wanted to try riding side saddle ? Now is your chance!

Rachael Forkings is a fully qualified side saddle Instructor and is running a side saddle ‘ have a go day’ clinic.

Rachael has competed side saddle at national level, winning many championship titles including rider of the year, working hunter champion , Royal Welsh , Royal Three Counties , and many supreme championships through the country . She also regularly hunts and jumps side saddle and you can often see her popping hedges too !

This is a chance to have an individual lesson on your own horse for an hour . A side saddle will be fitted and provided for your horse for the lesson. Rachael also caters for people who have their own saddles too, and can teach all aspects of jumping, flat work, turn out and showing guidance too. She also has a child’s side saddle , so can cater for children too.

Please Note : Wear plain boots without buckles or emblems on the outside as they will scratch the saddle. Jodhpurs boots with long socks are suitable. Please indicate when booking the width and length of your normal saddle, the type of horse, and your height- this helps for the saddle selection.

Cost : £45 per person, to include an hour’s individual lesson , saddle provided , and use of the arena at Weir End.
