Membership 2022

Please note – Senior membership is for people who are 18 or over as of January 1st 2022.

Juniors must not have attained 18th birthday on January 1st. e.g. if your 18th birthday is January 2nd they will still be a junior for that competition year.

Social membership is available to those who want to enjoy the social side of the club, without riding. Social membership does not permit you to participate in ridden activities as a HDRC member.

Hereford & District Riding Club is run by a committee of volunteers who give their time freely. The committee organise many events run throughout the year and members will be expected to help at these. There are lots of jobs small and large, on competition days, in the days before and behind the scenes. The Club needs and relies upon its members’ commitment to help run these events.


At Hereford and District riding club we are always keen to attract new members. This gives you access to reduced price training around the county with various trainers and a chance to join us in any of our teams throughout the year. We offer membership from 5 years upwards.

  • One form per person.
  • Membership runs from 1st Jan – 31st December 2022.
  • Junior members are those aged 5 to 17 as at 1st Jan 2022.
  • Senior members are those aged 18 or over as at 1st Jan 2022.
  • None of your details will be shared with external parties according to GDPR.

*Training is open to all members but is only subsidised for those who have volunteered within the 6 months prior. Leeway for new members will be granted initially.
