Refunds as at 1st February 2025

Summer Show Refunds 2025

  • We shall not be held responsible for missed classes once the time table and/or times are published.
  • Any withdrawals on the day after classes have been paid will be at the discretion of the show organiser.
  • All communication must be thought hdrcshows@gmail.com all other forms or communication will be ignored.

 

Winter Dressage Refunds 2025

  • In event of cancellation by us, you will be refunded minus £2 per entry to cover fees or a voucher to be used at a future HDRC event or transferred once to another Winter Dressage show.
  • Any withdrawals before close of entries will receive a refund minus a £2 admin fee per class.
  • Any withdrawals  after close of entries will only receive a refund minus a £2 admin fee per class if your space can be filled.
  • Once time have been published no refunds or transfer of entries will be made.
  • All communication must be through hdrcshows@gmail.com all other forms or communication will be ignored.
  • Times will always be published on www.ridingclubresults.co.uk

 

Training Refunds 2025

  • For any training, refunds will be made in the form of a voucher, which will be redeemable online for any future HDRC event or training.
  • Vouchers will only be issued if your space can be filled or at the discretion of HDRC, this is at anytime before the training.
  • Voucher will be issued, minus £2 admin fee.
  • Your voucher can be used by yourself or any member you chose to gift or sell it to. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of issue.
  • 4 days prior to the training date,  no vouchers will be issued if withdrawing.
  • If we as a club cancel the training, or move the date to one you cannot attend, you will receive a refund or voucher minus a £2 admin fee.
  • All communication must be through hdrctraining@gmail.com all other forms or communication will be ignored. Unless on the day of training via the contact number given with your times.

 

Teams Refunds 2025

  • If you withdraw before the event and the team manager can find a replacement then you will qualify for a refund. However, if you withdraw 10 days or less before the event then regardless of whether a replacement is found you will not be entitled to a refund.
  • If you withdraw and your place can not be filled you will be asked to cover your prelim entry fee that we have paid to BRC HQ for you to compete.
  • Refunds will be made minus £2.
  • The optional donation made is non refundable.

 

Fun Ride Refunds

  • Non refundable but you may transfer your entry to another fun ride date in the form of a voucher.
  • In event of cancellation by us, you will be refunded minus £2 per entry to cover fees.
  • All communication must be through hdrcshows@gmail.com all other forms or communication will be ignored.

 

Social Refunds

  • Social activities are non refundable, however you may sell you space to another HDRC member providing the organiser is aware of the change.
